Commercial License Consent

This agreement ("Commercial License ") is made between [AI Pic Gallery] ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee").

By purchasing products from the Licensor, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to resell the purchased products under the following terms:

1. Permitted Use: The Licensee on standard or yearly subscription may resell the products as-is with any modifications.

2. Branding: Licensee may not use the Licensor’s brand name, logo, or trademarks unless otherwise authorized in writing.

3. Restrictions: Licensee on standard subscription may reproduce, alter, or manufacture replicas of the products.

4. Liability: Licensor is not responsible for any claims or damages arising from the Licensee’s resale activities.

5. Branding: Licensee on basic subscription can not brand any of the AI images or products.

6. Termination: Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for violations of these terms.
